QUALITY CONTROL
All assignments are implemented according to TrendX quality procedures, ensuring full client satisfaction: TrendX has developed an Internal Control System (ICS), built around the needs of its clients, the values of its management approach and the best operational practice in the field of development cooperation and events management. This assures operational excellence, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with laws, regulations and policies. Furthermore, TrendX Quality Assurance System relies on Quality Control procedures to ensure that deliverables and project’s outputs meet (or exceed) the required standards. A continuous focus on Quality Assurance will be ensured throughout the project’s lifecycle, thanks to TrendX tools and procedures. Quality of work is monitored through hierarchical structure for client service delivery which entails that all reports and submissions are prepared by consultants which are reviewed by the Director and Engagement Partner before it is submitted to the client as a final deliverable.
